Oxygen injection equipment

Oxygenation is a basic prerequisite for creating optimal production conditions. Growth, safety and digestibility of feed depend on oxygen supply. Depending on the specific installation, various methods and means of introducing oxygen into the water are used as an optimal solution.

Oxygen delivery systems can be integrated into an existing aquaculture plant. Our company will present a full range of coordinated equipment components from pumps to oxygen injection systems and control systems.

At the request of the customer, the control system can be supplemented by means of automation of the oxygen injection process.

Low Head Oxygenator (LHO, also called nozzle assembly)

A low pressure oxygenator is a low pressure oxygen supply system in which water under a slight excess pressure (50-100 mbar) flows through the atomizer plate to the area of ​​the reactor, where it is saturated with oxygen.

This method is suitable for both centralized and decentralized oxygenation. Typically, the inlet water pressure generated by a circulation pump is used, e.g.

Our pressureless oxygenators are manufactured exactly to the needs of your aquaculture system. They can be installed either next to the pools or directly in the flow channel.

Water flow per oxygenator: from 4 l / s to 500 l / s

Cone oxygenators (oxygen cone)

Conical oxygenators can be used for both central and decentralized oxygenation. In them, water and oxygen are mixed under pressure (1 - 2 bar). Since this method provides very high solubility and therefore creates a high oxygen concentration, it is recommended to use it in a bypass.

Water consumption per oxygenator: from 15 m3 / h to 140 m3 / h

Mine deep aeration (also U-tube)

Deep shaft ventilation is a central system in which water to be ventilated flows through a deep shaft. In this case, the depth of the mine must ensure a minimum water level of 5 meters. Natural overpressure allows oxygen to dissolve.

Oxygen dosing and emergency aeration

Along with systems for supplying oxygen to water, we offer everything you need to distribute oxygen through solenoid valves, flow meters and proportional valves. All components are packaged and assembled separately.
