UV disinfection systems

UV disinfection systems are used, as a rule, in intensive recirculation systems (RAS). This method has its advantages:

  • Creation of higher stocking densities and higher growth of fish
  • Significant loss reduction
  • More stable production conditions

The way of design and installation depends on the place of use. At the same time, the reliability of the design and the absence of the need for intensive maintenance are ensured.

The used high-performance amalgam lamps have a long service life of 16 thousand operating hours. Four standard sizes of lamps provide the optimal dose of radiation for any application.

Disinfection units with open and closed design ensure optimal adaptation to the installation site. Open-channel systems make it possible to work with the lowest pressure losses with a large water flow.

All sizes are available in either stainless steel or polypropylene.

Open Channel Systems

Open-channel systems are particularly well suited for installations with high flow rates!

We offer the following options:

  • Series 220 SS / PP C (175 - 525 m3 / h per frame)
  • Series 350 SS / PP C (280 - 840 m3 / h per frame)

Units made of stainless steel and polypropylene for installation in a pipeline

Plants of a closed type can be installed directly in the pipeline. They can be of various standard sizes and, unlike open-type installations, do not require any minimum water level.

Closed stainless steel systems

Closed stainless steel systems are available in various sizes and connections.

In this case, there may be the following flow through the water:

  • Series 220 SS (8 - 620 m3 / h)
  • Series 350 SS (58 - 950 m3 / h)

Closed polypropylene systems

Closed polypropylene (PP) systems are available in various sizes and connections.

In this case, there may be the following flow through the water:

  • Series 220 SS (5 - 440 m3 / h)
  • Series 350 SS (43 - 704 m3 / h)
