In any fish farming business, there are a number of processes, states of aggregation and parameters that must be monitored and controlled. This includes, for example, the operation of pumping equipment, blowers, filters, measurement of oxygen content in water, control of oxygen injection and flow.
Equipment management and control cabinet manufacturing
To control the main parameters, our customers receive a complete control cabinet with an integrated system, assembled in accordance with industry standards. The control system regulates and monitors the performance of the following functions:
- Monitoring the functioning of all units: pumps, blowers, drum filter, UV disinfection unit, etc.
- Pressure control of circulation pumps
- Filter management (e.g. automatic start of the backwash process)
- Water level control in various containers
Oxygen and feed control
Through the "BlueBox", the most important element of the control system, you will be constantly informed about the oxygen content of the water so that you can manage your oxygen consumption. The same element allows you to control the distribution of feed.
You can use the BlueBox system through a touch screen or through special software on your personal computer or laptop.
